The spiral mixers with removable bowl are able to meet the demands of all types of production: from the small bakery , up to the big industrial bakery. These spiral mixers offer a wide range of dough capacities - from 80 to 280 kg of dough.
Designed with a solid structure and reduced dimensions, the spiral mixers are appropriate for the preparation of a wide variety of leavened dough products in a limited space(excluding all mixtures with less than 50% humidity).
Its ergonomic design with a mobile side control panel allows an optimal use of the machine.
The line M-S mixers are able to knead stiff dough thanks to its double spiral transmission.
