Lappas bread lines offered:
with manually placement onto the feed table
after which it is automatically loaded into the correct deck by the Lapmatic.
After baking the bread is unloaded by the Lapmatic and placed onto the cooling expedition transporter. The whole process of baking, excluding the manual placement of dough pieces , is completely automatic.
With continuous proofers - The dough is here after leavening, then it is taken to the feed table, after which it is automatically loaded into the correct deck by the Lapmatic. After baking the bread is unloaded by the Lapmatic, and placed onto the cooling expedition transporter. The whole process of baking and manipulation is completely automatic and the working personel functions only as an intermediary.
